Terms & conditions

Storing your data

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to store the contact information you have supplied and for us to contact you regarding your current and future bookings and to let you know about our future activities.

Data security

When you accept our terms and conditions you are aslo accepting the conditions of our data privacy policy. Read our Privacy Policy here.

Paying the fees

Once you have booked a place on one of our activities, you will receive an email confirming that a place has been reserved. To secure a booking you will need to pay in full by direct bank transfer when payment is requested. We regret we are no longer able to accept cheques.

Cancelling your booking - refunds

You can cancel your booking up to three weeks before the start of the activity and receive a full refund.

Conditions of entry

The right of admission is reserved. We reserve the right to determine who attends our taster sessions and activities. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, a class or course, any parent or child whose conduct we deem unsuitable, unlawful or offensive or who is not entitled to attend.

Missed & cancelled sessions

We regret that we cannot refund fees for sessions that your child misses. If we have to cancel any sessions, we will offer an alternate date or a full refund for the sessions missed.

If for any reason, we are unable to commence or complete the delivery of an activity within the scheduled time, and you wish to withdraw your child, we will refund the fees you have paid for the sessions not yet attended.

Saturday code club bookings

Children can join our Saturday code clubs at anytime during the year. Parents pay for 10 consecutive weekly sessions and can choose to renew the booking when the 10 sessions are complete. Sessions only run during term time, not at holidays or half term.

Parents cannot pick and choose which Saturdays their child attends, the 10 sessions are consecutive, the only breaks being for holidays. Therefore the session are paid for whether the student attends or not. If a student misses a session we send an email with a link to the tutorial the student missed so they can complete it at home.

After school club refunds

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds you for any school based after school club sessions which are cancelled by the school for any reason, including weather, fire etc.

Trial sessions

Subject to availability, and as an alternative to our Taster sessions, we offer Trial sessions at our activities. If you decide not to continue after the Trial session you have nothing to pay. If you decide to continue you will be charged for the Trial and remaining activity sessions.

Medical conditions

Our trainers are certified for first aid and anaphylactic shock, but we cannot be repsonsible for any medical condition your child has which you do not disclose to us.
