Terms & conditions

Storing your data

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to store the contact information you have supplied and for us to contact you regarding your current and future bookings and to let you know about our future activities.

Data security

When you accept our terms and conditions you are also accepting the conditions of our data privacy policy. Read our Privacy Policy here.

Paying the fees

Once you have booked a place at one of our clubs, you will receive an email confirming that a place has been reserved. To secure a booking you will need to pay in full by direct bank transfer when payment is requested. We regret we are no longer able to accept cheques.

Cancelling your booking - refunds

You can cancel your booking up to three weeks before the start of the activity and receive a full refund.

Missed & cancelled sessions

We regret that we cannot refund fees for sessions that your child misses, but we will endeavour to offer your child at an alternative club session if we have capacity, or send you a link to the the missed session lesson so they can complete it at home.

If we have to cancel any sessions, we will offer an alternate date or a full refund for the sessions missed.

If for any reason, we are unable to commence or complete the delivery of a club within the scheduled time, and you wish to withdraw your child, we will refund the fees you have paid for the sessions not yet attended.

After school club refunds

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any school based after school club sessions which are cancelled by the school for any reason, including weather, fire etc.

Trial sessions

Your child can attend a Trial session at a club. Sessions are run at the school at which the club is run. If your child attends a trial session at a club that you subsequently decide to book, you will be charged for the session, otherwise it will be Free.

Medical conditions

Our trainers are certified for first aid and anaphylactic shock, but we cannot be responsible for any medical condition your child has which you do not disclose to us.

Coronavirus and other infectious conditions

The Pixel Gang will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of its students but cannot accept liability for infection passed between students whilst at a session.

Conditions of admission

The right of admission is reserved. We reserve the right to determine who attends our taster sessions and activities. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, a class or course, any parent or child whose conduct we deem unsuitable, unlawful or offensive or who is not entitled to attend.
